How do I book an appointment?

Appointments can be scheduled online through the booking system. If you have questions before booking, you are welcome to call or text for assistance.

Which service should I choose?

If you are unsure which service is most appropriate, please reach out. We are happy to help guide you toward the best option for your needs.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a $50 fee.

Do you accept insurance?

At this time, services are offered on a self-pay basis. A superbill can be provided upon request if you wish to submit for potential reimbursement through your insurance provider.

Do you offer weekend appointments?

Limited appointments are available on Saturdays, and Sunday sessions may be available when needed. If you do not see availability online, please contact us directly to inquire.

Do you offer house calls?

In certain cases, house calls may be arranged. Please contact us directly for more information regarding availability, scheduling, and travel fees.

What if I need an appointment time that isn’t listed online?

If you need a time that does not appear on the booking calendar, feel free to reach out. Additional availability may sometimes be accommodated.
