How do I book an appointment?
Appointments can be scheduled online through the website, which will direct you to the Jane booking system to select your service, date, and time. Which service should I choose?
If you are unsure which service is most appropriate, please reach out. We are happy to help guide you toward the best option for your needs.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a $50 fee.
Do you accept insurance?
At this time, services are offered on a self-pay basis.
Do you offer weekend appointments?
Yes. Weekend availability tends to fill quickly, so booking in advance is highly recommended. If you do not see availability online, please contact us directly to inquire about additional openings.
Do you offer house calls?
In certain cases, house calls may be arranged. Please contact us directly for more information regarding availability, scheduling, and travel fees.
What if I need an appointment time that isn’t listed online?
If you need a time that does not appear on the booking calendar, feel free to reach out. Additional availability may sometimes be accommodated.
